Expansion of Careington International Corporation's Corporate Headquarters

Frisco, TX - June 24, 2004 - Careington International Corporation has recently expanded its corporate headquarters adding more than 20,000 square feet of work space to support the rapid growth of the company. The expansion included a state-of-the-art 85-seat call center, a 30-seat training facility, expansion of our literature and fulfillment center as well as additional office space, conference rooms and break areas. Also included in the expansion was the upgrade of our telecommunications system. Our new Nortel Meridian 1 Option 11C platform delivers Call Center solutions including skill-based call routing, real-time reporting, digital call recording, silent monitoring plus all the leading-edge telephony features that power business today.

On September 27, a team of Careington International employees walked in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk to Cure Diabetes at Granite Park in Collin County. Careington raised $3,100 for the cause, and the Collin County Chapter of JDRF raised over $300,000 total for diabetes research. Thank you to all employees, clients, vendors, family and friends who helped in this great effort.
